Westonhill Properties & Financial Group was started by Kim Theriault, a San Diego native. After graduating from Arizona State University in 1986 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing, Kim returned home to San Diego and entered the real estate industry as a Loan Officer and the Office Manager for Security Financial. She obtained her Real Estate Broker's License and put her experience, technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit in to starting Westonhill Properties & Financial Group. 

On September 13, 1991 Kim opened the Mortgage Company Westonhill Financial Group. Today, Westonhill's family of companies include the Real Estate office of Westonhill Properties and the Mortgage Company of Westonhill Financial Group.
